Part of working the front desk at a hotel means I'm also tech support for every guest in house, (in addition to being plumber, electrician, secretary, financial advisor, doctor, and on rare occasion, pimp.)

Situation I just resolved:

Problem: User cannot access facebook or yahoo on complimentary guest computer provided in lobby.

Sub-problem: User is angry and yelling that I am driscriminating against him by blocking access to social networking sites

Diagnosis: User has opened the recycle bin and is attempting to do a file search for url.

Solution: Close recycle bin, open internet browser.

I guess the recycling bin is being discriminating, too?

At least you didn't go though 45+ minutes of troubleshooting assuming that they knew how to get there.
