One of my team members sent me a frantic VM saying said exec type just sent a email newsletter (using their personal DL) to all members/customers of our org. Ok, using a personal DL can be dealt with later. No, no no.... Part of said newsletter was about a PDF survey they had created and shared amongst their group on the intranet. The newsletter said "To access the survey, visit intranet.org.com and login using "ssmith" as the user name and "mypassword" as the password.
By some small miracle i caught it before anyone was able to login and locked their account. The error message will include a contact the help desk sentence. I'm afraid to see the help desk stats soon as several hundred members/customers get this f***ing email.

That's what's they need to do to the computer of that exec! And then 
to the exec!
