I don't have a landline. With my measly pay, I can afford a landline or a cell, but not both. Both my jobs require me to have a cell. As you may guess, the cell won out.

The only real reason I have a landline is for my computer. I'm too cheap to pay for satellite, and cable is not available out here in the boonies. Heck, I have only broadcast TV! And the only real reason I have a cell phone is the gawd-awful long commute to work and back. If I break down in the middle of nowhere, or in the middle of the night, I can call for help.Everything will be ok in the end. If it's not ok, it's not the end.
