Free or cheap program to convert WMA to MP3?

I am the question girl today. I want to load some music from SpiralFrog onto my MP3 player, but it only downloads in WMA. I had a free download of Reezaa from Giveaway of the Day, but the download was bad and it wouldn't work.

mencoder can do it, but it's not necessarily easy. It's a command line application ported from Linux.

There are frontends, though, that provide GUIs under windows. I know nothing about them, though, other than they came up in a search for something else for me.

If the WMA files don't have any DRM, then this will work.

I've used it, with great results.

My program of choice is GoldWave, though you need to download a separate file (provided on the same site, called LameWin) to convert to MP3. Doesn't like to re-save files with DRM, though.

My favorite is MediaCoder. If the file has DRM is probably won't be able to be converted.
