    Is it supposed to sound like it's reading the disk, have a flicking thing in the top left corner of a black screen, as if it was in DOS, and then continue after about 5 seconds to start up windows like normal?

    And yup, I know how to change the boot order.
    Began work Aug as casual '08
    Ex-coworkers from current place of work: 26ish
    Current co-workers at current place of work: 15ish - yes he just hired 3 more casuals
    Why do I still work there again?

      It should be booting off of it fully.
      I somehow can't get my usb stick to be the boot...grr.

      How fast did you burn the .iso file to the CD? Make it a slow burn, 16x...
