I don't know what it is about tonight, but I seem to be having horrible luck with the computers. First I can't get the linux to acknowledge my flash drive so I can get my music off of it. Then I tried to back up my applications from my iPhone onto my laptop. Half of them are gone now. No clue where they went. One of which was the one I had been using for notes and lists. Not sure if any of them were ones I paid for or not (I'll have to go back and check). Plus I think that possibly the internet is being weird (thank goodness for phone internet if it comes to it). And of course....all of this happens right after the person who does all my computer work leaves the state for 3 weeks. On the plus side I guess, at least tonight I'll get more sleep. Last night was spent playing with my newly fixed laptop till way earlier than I should have.
