    antispyware suggestions

    Can anyone recommend good and preferably free antispyware and adaware programs?
    How was I supposed to know someone was slipping you Birth Control in the food I've been making for you lately?

    Yes, but there's a sticky list in the Tech forum about good tools to have.

    I'll put my 2 cents in and say Malwarebites, and spybot, and crapcleaner.
