Broken Wifi Switch

Gateway T-series laptop Model number w350i (it might be an l.) The wifi switch doesn't work anymore and appears not to be connect to anything. It slides freely when it never did that before. Plus my wifi light by the touchpad remains off. I don't think I dropped it or knocked it.

I do have a Best Buy warranty on it, but not sure how well that works.

Slides freely when didn't previously = something broken. Something broken = manual repair. Manual repair = requires parts. Unless you're able to get said part, take it to BB and at least see what they say.
