Singing into computer (more!)

Hi all again, was wondering if there's a free program I can get that will allow to add real-time effects to my vocals - i already downloaded a program that lets me sing and hear my voice as i'm singing, and you can add effects wth it but only after hte recording. i'm not looking to record just yet, more like practice and whatnot. any such program exist? i'd especially like an echo (delay) and a chorusy kinda thing.

You might try Audacity. I use it to edit recordings. The price is right: free.
