my situation:
I have a bunch of MP4 video files that I want to put together to make a long movie out of. No problem with this as I have done it before. the problem lies in this: some of the files audio tracks are very quiet or very soft. the sound levels are not consistant between the files. one or two of the files are of normal levels but then the next 3 are very quiet meaning it is very difficult to hear the dialogue without cranking up the volumn. most of the audio track is voice related as in a stageplay auditorium type setting. even the audience responce is at a low level.
Is there a decent program out there that has the ability to manipulate (as in amplify) the audio track in an MP4 file AND have the ability to save the modified audio track back into the MP4 while still maintaining the integrity of the video (ie. screen size, bit rate, frame rate, quality, etc.)?????
ETA:
The best one I could find was CoolWave 5.0. has anyone worked with this program or can you recommend another???
