      I was shocked by this when I heard. Then was shocked again by the news of how he passed. Much too young for this. Sean Ross Sapp posted to X/twitter...

      "I was given permission to reveal that earlier this year Windham Rotunda (Bray Wyatt) got COVID that exacerbated a heart issues. There was a lot of positive progress towards a return and his recovery. Unfortunately today he suffered a heart attack and passed away."

        He was only 36.

        He had a ton of charisma, and the whole 'swampland messiah' gimmick was fascinating, you couldn't take your eyes off of him.

        Rest in peace, sir.



        (Trivia: his first name is Windham because it's his mother's maiden name. Her father is "Blackjack Mulligan" Robert Windham, and her brothers are Kendall and Barry Windham. Barry Windham and Mike Rotunda were a team in the WWF in the 80's. Bray's brother Taylor is also a wrestler known as Bo Dallas.)
