I didn't check the link but I know what story you're talking about, which i saw on consumerist.com. The story said that the manager reported that the same guy was in the store EARLIER IN THE WEEK and griped about it THEN too.

As someone said, it was a good thing he shot the BB gun and waved the assault rife around instead of the other way around, and that no one got hurt. It could have gotten really nasty, and he'd be looking at a murder charge.
