For all those Etsy and homemade product sellers...

After dealing with the customer on facebook that didn't get her way and weasel several hundred dollars of products out of me for FREE, then tracked me down on Etsy even though my shop is posted no where on my facebook page and sent me a message saying she was getting all her friends and family to post on my wall about how horrible I was for not having good customer service and making her stuff for free I really enjoyed this video I hope you do too

sounds like you also have grounds for issuing abuse complaints on her at fb and etsy.

and perhaps at paypal too.
