One more thing gone ... (warning: possibly TMI)

Mom seems to prefer eating finger foods these days, so on my way in today I stopped and picked up some sweet potato fries for her. I was pleased to see her eat a number of them ... but when the staff went to put her to bed for her afternoon nap, they found she still had some chunks in her mouth. They had to fish them out, which she didn't exactly appreciate.

So it seems like one more thing that she likes is off the menu.
