I get a phone call from Human Resources this morning, stating I need to make a statement. Why? Because she reported a sexual harrassment charge against me, and stated that I threatened her. The reasons? Because she walked in on me changing my shirt in the back storeroom, and because what I said to her after she cussed me out.

It no longer applies, unless she wants to persue something in a civil court. If she wanted me fired, she got what she wanted, and that's that.

Ah...OK...I'm glad to hear that, because I was wondering the same thing as iradney. I was under the impression that it was an actual charge of sexual harassment, and not just a workplace complaint.

I guess that will teach me to read more closely.
