  • Birthday Present Feedback

Hey everyone....been kind of sparse lately, I went on a little vacation with my boyfriend and his family and have been doing a little too much overtime lately

Anyway, his birthday is coming up...unfortunately, he is going to be on a camping/hunting trip out of state with his dad for most of September, but I have already thought of birthday presents and would like you guys' opinions!

I booked us a hotel room in southern Wisconsin for a Friday night, the hotel has a casino attached to it, and the hotel's restaurant is very well known for its food.

    What do you guys think?

Well, the quality of the gift depends upon your boyfriend, and how much he likes you (hopefully a lot), how much he likes getaways, how much he likes casinos, and how much he likes good food. Now, not knowing any of the above, I would say for the average guy, the gift would be pretty damn cool. But of course, your mileage may vary.

I'm not sure how much he likes casinos, but I do know he would really enjoy getting out of the house and not having to pick up for a change.....and probably to get away from his family for a day.

We stopped at a casino on our way back from the Dells and he seemed to enjoy it. We didn't stay very long, though...

It seems like a cool gift. If you guys haven't gambled much, it seems like it would be a fun "hey let's try something new" thing to do. If my husband did something similar for me (I've never been to a casino) I know I'd enjoy it, even if I found out I don't like gambling.

That is so sweet! He better like it or maybe I'll enjoy it!

Sounds good to me. My wife and I are planning on that sort of thing as a mutual anniversary gift.
I'm trying to see things from your point of view, but I can't get my head that far up my keister!
