  • Leftover lunch meat ideas?

My husband and I had our D&D group over today to play Call of Cthulhu, and we provided lunch meat and cheese for them to make sandwiches. Now we have left over deli turkey, ham, and roast beef, and swiss, provolone, and munster cheese. Any one have any suggestions for how we can use this up besides just making more sandwiches?

I like to add turkey and cheese to my scrambled eggs, and I cannot get enough ham and cheese quiche.

      Cat treats!

Could use tortillas and make a wrap with that...and package and freeze some turkey & roast beast for later use, too.

Mail me the munster cheese. That helps right?

You could try making a pizza out of some of the ingredients (white sauce, provolone and ham or turkey might be good,) or try making custom Americanized quesadillas. Or, recycle it into a snack platter with some crackers.

Depending on how much cheese and creativity you have, maybe you can make a fondue but perhaps I'm thinking too much on it here.

I am a huge fan of chef salads, and everything except the Muenster cheese sounds like it would go great on a chef salad. The Muenster should be destroyed before it does any more damage.

Can you tell that I despise Muenster cheese? It was one of the culinary banes of my childhood, right up there with lima beans. Yuck.

Roll up a piece of ham and a piece of turkey in a slice of provolone...heavenly!

Wait until someone falls asleep. Then quietly cover their body with the lunchmeat.

Extra points if you can put it on their face.

OK, I like your plan better.

My family always used to take left over lunchmeat stuff and turn it into "ham salad" out of it.

Or they'd take ham and swiss and put it on top of chicken (and bake it for a bit)....

Dice it up, put in a white gravy and put on mashed potatoes.
