I'm pretty sure that came out right. If not...won't be the first time!
Ok, so stuff I'm planning to make tomorrow:
Bread (2, maybe 3 kinds planned. Focaccia and French bread, for sure)
Red beans & Rice
Possibly pasta salad
Spinach feta orzo salad
going to make some black beans in the crockpot for various recipes.
Grill off some chicken for quickie meals, (toss over salads, make chicken salad, etc)
Roasted veggie medley.
This way, I have a nice variety of stuff I can just save and eat for the week with minimal effort on cooking.
I'm also debating making some marinara, but I don't have any burgundy wine left and I can't remember what I used last time that made the sauce so so SO wonderful. Sad...
Edit: Ooh, I didn't use all the herbs in the mix for focaccia! I can use the basil and make bruschetta! Squee!!!
(I'm only posting this so I know what I'm making, or else I'll forget...I'll just find this post again...eventually....)
