Hey, my flu was months ago. Don't blame me.

I clicked on the link to where this came from yesterday and looked at some of the person's other creations (she bakes cupcakes with other stuff inside them)...one of them is a Neapolitan cupcake...vanilla pudding - made with strawberry milk!! - baked inside a vanilla cupcake topped with chocolate buttercream icing. Her blog said the strawberry milk was one of the best ideas she's ever had. I think I need to try that.

See now I'm tempted to try that, but by making my own strawberry milk. The commercial ones always have too much sugar.

Just made a mug cake...maybe I cooked it too long. It's tasty as all heck, but the chocolate chips kind of burned on the top...some tasty homemade buttersoy icing helped with that...now to nom.

I stirred in the chips and they sank to the bottom. Made the bottom extra tasty.

And I get the recipe for mugcake? With the egg please? :P
