      • I knew not being able to eat for the last week would fuck me up. I had to work harder to go slower riding home. 10.34 mph and I felt like I was going to die. I can clock 12mph regularly.

          • I got hungry again around 9:30 tonight. I tried to stave it off by drinking more water but i just got more hungry So I grabbed one of my shakes and a shower to kill the headache and now I feel better. Those shakes are a godsend!

                Daily plate uses the "standard" measurements for how much your supposed to have. Standard is fairly high in carbs, less protein and even less fat. I usually sit around 100-120g/day.

                I hit 360 because I did not realize putting a whole fryer chicken in homemade chicken soup (no noodles) made it like 80g worth of protein PER CUP. I had four cups because its good :\ So now I know better. Now i'm at a 53p/20f/26c split and there is no recon for that kind of macro. I dont have nearly enough (good) fatty foods to close that gap. Maybe I'll eat five or ten tablespoons of peanut butter. Thanks to the four beers I had after midnight, I'm actually "over" my calorie count. Without them I'd be under 2000 calories still. UGH.

                • Jeebus. Yeah I had a freaking chicken philly from the wing place that is next door to my old job today, and I'm *still* under my calorie/fat allowance for the day O.o I burned like 728 calories before I even consumed 730 today O.o

                        I love it when newbies actually look at what theyre supposed to be taking in and how much. its so adorable :3

                        Be careful though, bad fats are still bad fats. Its better to have a iffy macro then shove bad fats down your throat to make it look good.

                        I would do horrible things for a philly cheesesteak though. I don't think anyone in my town serves them either.

                          • LOL well it's a wrap not a sandwich so a lot less carbs. Plus, I was hungry and that just sounded so good, and I've been so good, I figured a treat was in order. I did, however, order my salad for tomorrow

                                I just had a double quarter pounder. *burps* That was terrible, delicious and wonderful all at the same time. My macro is a little better now too. 41/33/26 or something close.
