I'd like to send some pizzelles to my family for Christmas this year, but I'm concerned that they will arrive in crumbs. For those who are not familiar, pizzelles are a very thin, delicate Italian cookie made with a pizzelle iron (similar to a waffle iron, but the result is much thinner than a waffle.)
