So I learned that when a package contains a kg or so of plastic beans (for beanie toys) you shouldn't just grab the plastic bag of beans out of it and pull it out, you should first check to make sure that the bag isn't a ziplock bag placed in the box upside down, and that it hasn't come open during shipping.

There were tiny little plastic pellets EVERYWHERE!

Got one of those little hand held dust devil vacuums? Clean it out thoroughly, then just vacuum as many of the little buggers as you can find up, and empty the collection back into a baggie.

I got most of 'em cleaned up, the majority actually just fell out into the box they came in, but I will definitely be finding them for weeks (or months, or years!) because some of them went into my large scrap fur bin, and trying to pick them out just made them all fall deeper down.
