My boss asked me if a certain memo had been put at the desk; they are posters that get laminated and taped up. I told him:
Me: Yes it's taped up.
Him: Is it laminated?
Me: Yes, laminated AND bedazzled with 46 semiprecious gemstones.
Him: Incompetence! I SPECIFICALLY stated that it should be gilded in gold and studded with diamonds! Diamonds!
Me: Sorry, the only option was silver leafing and diamonds are SO last season!
