I don't know what, exactly, but it must be pretty epic.
We have a special 'slush pile' of orders that are screwed up in some way. Everyone hates working it because it's a ginormous pain in the patootie but we do it anyway when they tell us. At first they were like, 'do you want to work this?' Of course no one WANTED to. Then they told us, 'and it's not optional.' And we were all, okay then.
Just last week that slush pile exploded. The entire help team has been pulled off their evening duties to work it, which means the much smaller help team that serves my department is trying to cover for them.
To put this in perspective, the large help team has several hundred members. Our wee l'il help team? Oh, 30. We think that something in the last update broke something and the result is some massive fallout... I feel bad for everyone involved. Ah, good times.
