Had a fun little situation that wasn't caused by SC's, but by a computer glitch. Despite entering everything correctly, my password just wouldn't register. I kept getting a message saying it was wrong. Luckily my GM was able to reset my password and everything was back to normal. Still kinda sucked for the time I was locked out.

Got some equipment like that at my office job. In the case of the dictaphone, it's nothing more than age. In the case of the computer ... not sure what it is. Demonic possession, maybe ... ?Customer service: More efficient than a Dementor's kiss

I have sooo many problems with that. A program that is used to remotely unlock equipment constantly gives me password problems. I've stopped trying to put in tickets for that; I just ask a coworker to unlock the machine. It works out fine because I only have to do that once every other month or so.
Another program will sometimes not bring up all the contracts tied to an account number like it's supposed to. That makes for me giving customers wrong information. And it goes down all day every first of the month for maintenance so I cannot log in at all which is so inconvenient because I use it on every single phone call I ever take. So if you call me on the first I cannot tell you which invoices are open or where your payments went. All I can tell you is what the final ledger says you owe, which might not be fully up to date. (The system that's down on the first has the up-to-the-minute information but doesn't feed into the ledger in a timely manner.)Last edited by Food Lady; 01-07-2017, 04:05 PM."Is it hot in here to you?
