...Quite literally.
I'm a bit late in reporting this but 2 days ago the water main to our corporate building burst, creating a dangerous ice slick on the road and of course cutting off water. Probably not just to our building but I don't know about that. Anyway, a huge building of office workers + non-functioning toilets = PROBLEM!
The first day, people were getting extra long breaks to go wherever they could go.
The second day they had porta-potties. In -20 degree weather. That night an e-mail was sent that all At-Home-Agents should STAY HOME and pro-active time off would be offered for office agents. That was yesterday.
Today the city did get it partially fixed, but not until midday. And the water isn't safe to drink, just flush with. Good times!
