Manager Wants Former Coworker Banned From Store
Yesterday, I found out from my FEM that the store director wants a certain former coworker banned from the store. This former coworker used to work at the store a long time ago while I was still in training at the service desk and we still had the photo lab which I worked in.
It turned out that this former coworker had been fired for stealing meat from the deli. He and a couple of his friends were waited on by the deli manager and they just walked out.
Lately, this former coworker and a few of his friends were standing outside hanging out with this bagger who was trying to do carts. I also found out that either the former coworker or one of his friends broke into a car in broad daylight just recently.
My service desk coworker at the time and I were informed by the FEM to inform someone in charge if this former coworker or one of his friends is spotted on the premises. Our other option is to call the police.
