    Remember what you own..

    A friend / coworker of mine was chatting to me about a business idea he has, plus a name. I checked for the comain, drat, it's not available but it is parked so the person who owns it is not using it.

    He told me to offer them $500 for the domain. So, I do some research.

    Ten minutes later I called him back(I was also busy at work).

    "I have two bits of good news"

    "OK"

    "One, I think the person who owns the domain will take the $500. Two, you've been offered $500 for the domain".

    (He registered it back in December and forgot that he owned it).

    Dummy.

    I"m never going to let him live this one down, NEVER!!

        Sadly, it took me a bit to comprehend this one. I thought at first someone else had offered him $500

          I'm not planning on it.

          Sheesh, I own close to 100 domains and I can remember about 95% of them, he can't even remember one.
