Express Light Confusion

Yesterday, a customer suggested having the express lights put in a place where it would make it easier to know which side to go on. I opened up a 2nd express line since it got long and closed when the line died down. I had to let customers know I was closed since it looked like my light was on when it was actually the other express line that was open. I let the assistant store director know about the customer's suggestion and he agreed to see what he could do.

's a good idea. I know at some older stores I used to get a little confused about what was open or not. Hopefully they can do something

I have the same problems when I go into stores, that is set-up like that.
