So, because of an emergency I hd to take out an advance on my paycheck. No big deal. I could handle it. I also requested my Vacation Pay though to help pay rent this friday.
Well, payday rolls around, and Vac Pay is not applied to it.
So I go up and talk to K, one of the HR girls, who said she'd look into it (she is honestly surprised too, as they remember me filling out the form).
I'm wondering, even though they discourage Advances greatly and I'd already gotten one, if I'm justified in demanding an advance of my Vacation Pay because of their mess up? I was told they can't do Vac Pay advances, but it SHOULD have been on there. I can make do without the efull amount, but I need at LEAST 50 dollars by LAST friday.
