Yesterday, a customer tried to cash a payroll check with a passport. I remember that another customer in the pass used a passport to cash his checks so I figured we could still do it.
It took me several minutes to find the information I needed but I still had problems. I had to call the assistant store director to help me out. He called another store but they didn't have the passport number needed to cash the check. We informed the customer of the situation and he was pretty understanding.
