    Don't worry. I don't trust most of those medical myths. When I was a kid, I had the chicken pox twice, and they said you only get it once.

    I figure I only get really sick once every five years so I don't particularly mind being outta the office for a month.

      It's not really a myth, it's just you're only SUPPOSED to get it once. The serverity of the illness, and the state of your immune system when you're exposed determines if you'll get it again.

      Take me and the chicken pox. The first time, I had a really mild case, which meant I didn't build up the resistance to it that I needed, so I got it the second time. THEN, I was exposed to chicken pox while I had a case of stomach flu. The flu had knocked my immune system down enough that the chicken pox strain was able to sideswipe everything that knew it was evil and settled right on in.
