  • Good riddance and fuck you, Daddy DipShit!

No, he didn't get fired, but I stood my ground well enough last night to get my boss to give him to another trainer and put him in a more simple area.

I did just what I said I'd do in the "I'll try being nicer if you try being smarter" thread. I said I was no longer going to train this guy and I was NOT going through the DipShit spiel again with this guy. I brought up how he refuses to listen to me most likely just because I'm a young woman, he has trouble with women, etc etc etc.

So I got my way. Yay.

They gave him to Bob, the asshole trainer. Those two will get along famously. Bob and my boss asked him what he felt his problem was with me. Get this: He said his problem with me was that he COULDN'T HEAR ME. Yes, you heard me on that one. His excuse for everything he did and the way he treated me was because he COUDLN'T HEAR ME. What a pathetic cover up. I was told by someone I trust that Daddy DipShit had told him "I don't like how she trains." So he's a liar and a sexist piece of shit.

OH I AM SO PISSED. Then my boss said to me, "I don't think he was being sexist at all. He had problems hearing you and was most likely frustrated because of coming out of retirement and having so much difficulty adjusting. You shouldn't read into other people's behavior so deeply." Ok..whatever. Like I'm going to let a MAN tell me that another man isn't being a sexist towards me.

Don't get me wrong, I feel 110% better. I feel GREAT. I am so glad I don't have to deal with his worthless ass anymore. But I am PISSED that he lied and made up some stupid excuse as to why he stopped listening to me and refused to ask me for help. I'm even more pissed that my boss BELIEVED it. An adult would say "Can you please repeat, I can't hear you." He could NEVER seem to ask that!

Maybe my boss can see why I want to quit this training gig? My gosh, he doesn't even take MY side....it's always the dumbass' side. And I always did something wrong to cause the behavior. WHAT THE FUCK EVER. If you don't stand by your trainers, their loyalty will go away.

Again, just like with DipShit, I am taking ZERO responsibility for this and I absolutely refuse to lie awake all day pondering what I could have done wrong and what I must do differently next time to get people to listen to me and to trust me. This is all HIS own fault. He chose to act that way. And if he's successfull where he's been put now, good for him. Bob is a MAN, of course he'll listen and succeed.

GOOD RIDDANCE AND FUCK YOU, YOU STUPID SEXIST SACK OF SHIT!

    Everyone party!

Putting on the horns for Devil's Advocate.

Does your boss know all the detail you do? If not he's probably giving the benefit of the doubt. If he does then he's an idiot too.

CONGRATULATIONS! What a piece of sh*t. I hate people like that. Your boss probably is sticking his head in the sand so he doesn't have to deal with it, write up a complaint or whatever.

I showed my boss my training journals as proof.....so yes, he knew everything.

I'm just going to focus on the happy stuff for now....I feel a lot better than I did when I posted earlier. I'm just going to celebrate another stressor out of my life, and everything going back to normal for once.

Woot! Another DipShit out of your hair.

              Happydance!

As an aside, it is possible for someone to have a hearing problem that interferes with their ability to hear a specific range of sound. But I seriously doubt that was DD's problem.

Haha I love the dancing men!

Oh I totally agree people can have hearing problems. Hell, they test our hearing every year and mine got worse from last year. But is that really a valid excuse to treat someone like an idiot or go out of your way to make things difficult for someone? All he would have had to do was ask me to repeat myself.

Women's voices are higher pitched than men's, which can make them more difficult to hear for those of us with hearing difficulties. Personally, sometimes when I am in a conversation and someone says something that I can't hear, I just nod and say 'Mmm', as if I understand. This is partly because I can be embarrassed about being deaf and partly because I get fed up of saying 'Pardon?' a lot.

However, I am currently being trained as a projectionist at work, and if I don't hear something related to the training I make damn sure I ask the guy teaching me to repeat himself.

Blas, hearing may be part of your guy's problem, but it certainly isn't the whole of it. Sounds like you are well rid of him.

He's an ass and your boss is too. Like I've said in other posts I only have the one ear working and I am not shy about saying, "The ear you are talking at is for decoration only......( time for them to think....)IT doesn't work!"

If I can't hear and don't say anything then the outcome is my fault or in your case it's DD's fault.

                        Guess what guys?

Daddy DipShit quit! Not sure if he quit Thursday after work or called in last night and quit, but he's gone! Wooo hoo! Now there's no way he'd ever become my problem again!

He made a royal ass of himself and I hope he learned a lesson and went back into retirement.
