I didn't get the transfer I wanted

Ugh, this irritates me... I was passed over for a transfer to Guest Relations... I applied for that transfer because my sales stats were stagnant but am doing really well with dealing with difficult callers, which would make me perfect for guest relations... but then they declined my transfer because, wait for it, MY SALES STATS HAVE STAGNATED... I'm being turned down for the very reason that I was told to apply
ugh... I'm tempted to start returning job recruiters calls at other companies.

Have you considered having a little chat with the persons who recommended and denied your transfer?

Maybe if Left Hand and Right Hand actually had a bit of a chat, something might be worked out.

yeah... now there are other legitimate reasons that I can see them saying I don't qualify (namily my schedule compliance is just barely in the acceptable area... but it is still acceptable).... but yeah, that's the basic thing my manager told me that my stats weren't high enough for a transfer...

I would definitely start looking around if I were you. It just doesn't make sense to me why they would still continue to have you in a department you're not excelling in. Oh that's right, things that make sense aren't allowed. ™
