When "I'm so sorry" doesn't seem like nearly enough

What else can you say when a Mother calls you up and the first thing you hear is "My daughter just passed away last week and her sister isn't well now..." when she is calling for information about getting a wish granted as soon as possible?
Usually I can detach myself but this call just crushed me today. And I can't even imagine what she and her family are going through right now.
