So I'm adjusting to my new job as copywriter (did I mention that I love my new job? I love my new job. There's a rumor of an office space with WINDOWS in the near future), and am basically giving myself a crash course in marketing/advertising and branding.
Today I was in the CEO's office, hammering out some details for an email, and I happen to see a book called Primal Branding sitting on her desk. I was curious, but since we were working on something else, I didn't mention it.
I went to the bookstore later that day to get some mags to look at their copy and ads, and as usual, checked out the bargain book racks first. Primal Branding was there, for $5.
Mags: $15
Book: $5
Knowing what your boss is thinking about right now: Priceless
