Going to a better job for a real Help Desk position

Finally, after having my interview for a real help desk position, I should be out of a Gulag Call Center and into a real Help Desk position.

It is a major government contractor and appears to be a much better environment (caring and fun) than the current corporate call center that I am working at.

Just waiting for my "Get Out of Hell" call on Friday....
