YAY... I had no no-shows 
I had only one declined credit card... but it was for incidental hold only everything else is direct bill so I don't have to worry about it
running the transaction total there were only 3 guests still in house and 3 duplicate reciepts to print... total time to do my transaction total- 15 minutes
oh and my batch balanced on the first attempt, which means time on my close of day is 30 seconds pushing buttons on the computer then 10 minutes on CS.com screwing around while the computer does its thing
this night has been going extremely well so far... it totally makes up for last night.
