He said.."It's NOT my job to help out the Deli with their trash!"
One of the people in maintenance that I work with at Sam's Club had a cow about me picking up the Deli's trash during my trash run. He told me that it was THEIR job to take care of their own trash. I told him that if we're maintenance then it's OUR responsiblity to take care of the trash in the ENTIRE store.
I told this to the one girl in the Deli & she said that he sweeps the Deli's floor so why should it bother him that I Pick up their trash?
I'm there to work-I'm not there to pick & choose my job assignments.
PLUS he seems to think that he doesn't have to listen to the COS's cause according to him they're not "his boss" So he does a Houdini & vanishes when we're called up front to to give the door greeter's either their 15 minutes breaks or half hour lunches.
I talked to the one COS & from what I understand he's ready to be written up cause of his insubordination.
