  • An idea...

I have come up with an idea.. Sure United States has some governmental/state measures that control the quality of a business... like the department of health, OSHA, etc...

How about a national/state authority that rates the quality of company morale.. or how well the company treats it's workers?

Sure, there's a Department of Labor... that's generalized.. how about something that's geared towards the service industry?

Enter in the National Association of Customer Service Related Industries (NACSRI). It would evaluate all companies morale and develop an internal rating (0 thru 5) of how it's employees feel about the company... and also it will have an external rating (0 thru 5) for how customers feel that the company does (Similar to the Better Business Bureau.)

Companies would live and die by the NACSRI ratings as far as employees that would want to work there... customers that may or may not want to do business with said company because of both the internal or external NACSRI rating...

Given those ratings.. a company would be better inclined to treat it's employees well in order to keep and retain business. This would be a check/balance favoring of those employees on the lower rungs of the corporate ladder and also customers who prefer to do business..

Just a thought... feel free to tell me your thoughts. By the way, if you take this idea and run with it... and end up making some serious cash with it.. please cut me a portion of the profits... Thanks!

    Good idea.
Unfortunately, the United States, as a whole, is a very conservative nation. That's why we elected George Bush Jr, Ronald Reagon, and Richard Nixon--for two terms each! And these are presidents who care more for the corporations than the workers.
When you come down to it, it is the big corporations that are running this country. Think they care about the worker?
Maybe things will change, in the next election. Then again, maybe global warming will go away. . . .
