Ok there are actually lot's of reasons, but here's one:

My first two jobs were resteruants, and baring being laid off from my job, I won't work in one again. I'm just cut out for the type of enviroment it is. I will willing work any store on Black Friday but just the thought of working Mother's Day in food service makes me wanna hide in the corner. That's one of many reasons I tip servers so well, lord knows I can't do what they do.
