    well ladies and gents, i have returned to the phones. im only doing password calls for the first week, but its unreal how rusty i am. i had to re-request all my accesses, and endure 4 weeks of refresher training. it all helped, but it included the QMS (ISO 9001) training. if anyone has this type of system in place you have my deepest sympathy, the trainer tried to make it interesting, but it is dryer than Greek wine.

    anyway, didn't mean to whine. im off to the phones, ill be on wow later to relieve my stress on some unsuspecting mobs

    Good luck! I find a stress ball handy. Though I'm afraid that they don't take much abuse...

      I used to keep a stress ball that I would throw at my computer screen when the customer was pissing me off. I got rid of it the day that I threw it, it bounced onto my phone and disconnected the customer who then called back to complain that I hung up on him.

        Stress ball disconnecting the customer? Sounds like it was doing its job.
