    I didn't say it was the fault of the customer, if you read my post.

    It was an act of nature.

    What I have an issue with is, once they knew why it was seized, they still expected warranty.
    There was no defect or flaw in the design of the pump.
    It was a pump designed for indoor use, and they had it installed under their cottage where any manner of wildlife could come in contact with it.
    Too tired of living and too tired to end it. What a conundrum.
