A Great Evening In Work (gloating post)

I had the most wonderful, rewarding night in work tonight and need to share. I had a lovely family come in, who spoke to me about my uni stuff. Also, their little girl was colouring and said to me, "This is lovely, but I wish you had orange crayons here". We only have yellow, blue and red in the boxes provided. So I turned to her and found where she'd coloured the page in yellow and told her to colour over it in red. Of course, it turns orange and her little face lit up. Was so lovely to be able to do that.

Also, chatting with the kid who came to pick up a takeaway who was so proud that one was all for him. Was absolutely brilliant to have a fair few really polite kids.

Much like the party we had in...even if I did burn myself many times lighting the candles. Me and lighters don't really mix lol.
