It's just a weird sounding voice that starts out saying, "ring ring". The longer you let it go the louder and more psycho the voice gets until you have, "RINGRINGRINGRI-AAAAAAAAGGGGGGGG!!!! AAAAAACCGGGGG!! RING!"
I do believe that's one of the ringtones my brother has.

    I WANT IT!!!!!!

Most annoying ringtines are the ones the <local senior school> brats have on their phones on the bus. Too much noise and no, there are no words to that.

I have the Torchwood theme. I don't notice it very much, but thankfully it's not on loud too often. Now the vocals at the beginning Praise by Kinnie Starr, that made me answer my phone really quickly. But I get different you're nuts looks from the Torchwood ring

I've got Monty Python's "Spam" song from the show, since I couldn't get the show's theme song.

Have you tried searching for "Liberty Bell March" by Sousa?

I've been contemplating getting the "Lumberjack Song"....

Heh, one of my co-workers once had the Imperial March from Star Wars as one of his ringtones. Imagine, you're sitting in a completely quiet office...when his phone rings

Right now, the song I use as my 'alarm' on the phone...annoys the hell out of my cats. When that thing rings at 6:30am, they want to pounce on it

Too me, it's not the ringtones that annoying, it's those stupid ringback tones and some of my friends voicemail greetings.

That being said, I have Never gonna give you up as my ring back, and I did have the "You've reach the mental health help line..." and it was really long, and I changed it after a day.

And the theme song for this thread...

I have Fur Elise as my "generic" ringtone as an inside joke.

I have Butters requesting an audience with the unholy darkness because he wants to be a vampire as my ringtone. For text messages, it's Butters getting grounded because there's Rice-a-Roni in dad's coffee.

                        A customer had this one:

*Woop* *Woop* IT'S THE WIFE!!! *Woop* *Woop* IT'S THE WIFE!!!

EVERYONE stopped and looked at this guy. The best part was that his wife thought the ringtone was hilarious.

I wish my phone could get the ringtone for the phones on the Pokemon TV show.

"Ring ring! Phone call, PHONE CALL!"

Or the communicator sound from Power Rangers. I'm going to hide down a hallway and answer my phone discretely so people don't find out I'm talking to a queer robot and a big floating head.

My most annoying ringtone is all those idiots out there who have their cellphone programmed to sound like the ring of an "old" phone.
A lot of the contractors who come in have their phone set to that because, apparently, it's easier to hear and identify it as a phone call when they're on a job site. That's what I was told, anyway.
(That's apparently why my BIL sets his to that ringtone. It annoys the hell out of my sister when the phone rings. )

When I was on the train last month, a guy had his set to the sound of a clucking chicken.
Too tired of living and too tired to end it. What a conundrum.

It is easier. When you work with lots of equipment that all emit their own beeps, it's easy to miss the beep of your phone ringing.
