  • Tacky music suggestions?

My co-worker makes fun of me for listening to the local easy listening station at work instead of the local "top 10" station (the one that's currently playing some people talking over the top of the Numa Numa song 10 times a day).

Anyway, I threatened to bring in some CDs that are a lot worse... and it's time!

So which Christmas album is tackier?

    -Star Wars
    -Looney Tunes
    -Richard Cheese
    -Sesame Street
    -Dr. Demento

    the Weird Al collection!
Crono: sounds like the machine update became a clusterf*ck..
pedersen: No. A clusterf*ck involves at least one pleasurable thing (the orgasm at the end).

There's a Star Wars Xmas album? That sounds pretty tacky, especially if it's anything like that mortifying SW Christmas TV special...

As far as I'm concerned, nothing is tackier than Mariah Carey.

        And Celine Dion.

ABBA Gold has people screaming for mercy within about 15 seconds. See if you can beat the record!

I have to agree with the Mariah Carey / Celine Dion statement.

I didn't always agree though, so if you want some of their cds let me know!

Why is probably why corp. has played ABBA in the store before. People we know were know to make random pages for several minutes until the song ended.

While I love the Chipmunks Christmas album, if you play it enough, someone will bludgeon you.
Expect great things, but you'll get what you get.

I'm saddened that the OP lumped Richard Cheese with those no-talent hacks.

I agree with the Celine Dion/ABBA suggestions. Nothing is worse.

Well, except for Star Wars Xmas...

All of those are pretty tacky choices. I think the Sesame Street one would probably get on your coworkers' nerves, especially if any of them are parents. The Dr. Demento one is a classic, though I think your boss would frown on Cheech and Chong's "Santa Claus and his Old Lady".

But if you really want to get on your coworkers' nerves, play "Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer", over and over in an endless loop...
I don't have an attitude problem. You have a perception problem.
