I'm surprise. Portland has had greatly adnormal weather lately. Like a foot of snow. I understand to some people that just a nice sunny winter, but for Portland, its nearly unheard of. We're lucky to get snow once every four years.

So I am a little surprise to see people huffing and puffing through this crap as snow sinks to their knees, or driving as slowly as possible to get not milk, or bread, or food. Not even candy bars. But beer. And cigs. And not even alot of beer, just a single can for most.

I did about a thousand dollars in sales today. most of beer. Even during the summer day shift isn't that busy.

ok beer I can see in that, but like all drugs I can see why people would brave these abnormal Pacific Northwest conditions for smokes.... it's a drug, we're addicted.

besides a camel never tasted so good as having to walk 7/10 of a mile, uphill, in a snowstorm and back... BTW that would be 1 1/5 miles for a Camel. so I can now say, I'd walk over a mile for a Camel.

I'm a vegetarian, so I couldn't tell you what a camel tastes like. Besides, I'm not a hunter and I wouldn't know the first thing about where to aim! Oh, wait...
