  • The cop said "no" to the scavenger hunter

Usually we get scavenger hunters in the library. Last group that trooped in was looking for a statue of a president.

This time a group walked in and saw the cop. The head lady said that it would help them if the cop lady let them take a picture of her. The cop said no. She added that she would have to get permission from her boss.

The cop latter told me that she used to let people take pictures of her but now with the weird things on the internet, who knows what people would do to the picture and post on the internet the altered picture.

    Which makes ton of sense.
Time! Time! Time is what turns kittens into cats.

Don't teach me a lesson; all I learn is that you are an asshole.

    I wish porn had subtitles.

No police in my store, unless you count me. The moment I see a camera out and on, I tap the customer on the shoulder. "No pics allowed in the store. It's a copyright infringement issue."
    No, it's not okay:
-for a record of your child's first visit to the store
    -for a scavenger hunt
-Particularly so here, as a way of getting a pattern for a Halloween costume!
    "I call murder on that!"
