Recently we heard the news that our call center was bought out by a huge customer service company based in France. Let's just say that the money they spent on acquiring us is like haircut money to them.

Well today we got the word that all the crappy, work-at-home auditors that I have complained about in the past have all been fired, to be replaced by an in-house team that will actually not ding you for something that you can't help.
