I posted a message on the sucky customer section regarding a complaint that was "supposedly" filed by a sucky student worker. "Melinda" called me with the complain stating that I opened the booth window & told the student worker "you cannot park here". I told "Melinda" I would never do that. I e-mailed the parking company manager over the account what happened yesterday, & mentioned that I would never say to any customer "you cannot park here" & retrieved my e-mail this morning. The campus is closed for MLK day, but the parking company main office is opened. He works in the main office. Here is his reply:
The incident was never reported to me. If "Kim" mentions it when she gets back, I will be sure to communicate your thoughts.
At least he is aware of what happened. What happens after this remains to be seen.
